Wordless Wednesday: Goats Have Goals Too

Our development has a park where we've spent a few summer mornings before its gotten too hot. There's a small farm adjacent to the playground, which is always entertaining.  I would have taken these closer, but the goats (who always remind me of the three billy goats gruff) don't take kindly to that.

(And I kind of don't blame them. They've had their little farm all to themselves for probably ages and then suddenly, there's a playground full of kids and moms with cameras and blogs.)

On one recent visit, I captured one goat reaching for a goal (the leaves on the tree) that was slightly out of reach. I half-expected him (her?) to go airborne.

It is hard to find a fence big enough to hold in goats. Looks like this one is working.

Nice!

Wow! LOL! Doesn't seem like he/she should be able to get up that high! Guess if they really want something... =)
